Unix bits:

chmod o-w t.txt – removes owner write priv (ls -l shows privs groups are owner rwx/group rwx/others rwx
chmod 777 t.txt – sets all privs (dangerous)

The Edukators – maybe don’t want to pile chairs in houses and put soldiers in the toilet, but living in a hut high in the alps for a while looks great … excellent film

Riding Giants … maybe not like the current surfing videos you get with the mags with grungy subculture feel, but interesting documentary none the less. Really felt for some of the old codgers who had lived the surfers life, just loved the ocean, and really wanted to keep out there
